Before the rite:

The circle must be made around the company. A meditation should be done until proper forces for the ceremony are gathered.

The Squire and/or Maiden should prepare the Initiate for the ritual by removing all jewelry and make up from the Initiate and informing them to undress and put on the robe. The apprentice must draw a keltic cross in a circle on the Initiate's Third Eye; a pentagram slightly over the heart. The Priest makes and inverted triangle by touching the genitals, right breast, left breast, and genitals again.

Erecting The Temple ritual is performed in the usual manner. The bell is rung 3 times.

Priest/ess: All here are beloved by the gods and each other, please know that. The Lord and lady welcome all. Is there one here who wish to have what we enjoy?

Initiate: I do

Priest/ess: Who made you come here?

Initiate: No one, I came of my own free will.

Priest/ess: What do you seek?

Initiate: (response)

Priest/ess: Who can vouch for this person?

Initiate's mentor: I can, as his/her teacher I have shown him/her the ways of the Circle of the Crimson Moon. He/she has chosen to take this a step and now bid you give him/her entrance.

Squire brings Initiate (bound and blindfolded) in front of Priest/ess.

Priest/ess:What is your name?

Initiate:My name is... (Given Name)... I beg entry.

Bell is rung once. Sword point is placed on Initiate

Priest/ess: ...(Name)..., why do you come here?

Initiate: (response)

Priest/ess: What do you bring with you?

Initiate: Nothing but my True Self, naked and unadorned.

Priest/ess: For I say verily, it would be better that you rush upon this blade than enter into the Craft with fear or lies in your heart. (After brief wait to see if the Initiate wishes to die) I have two words for you, Perfect Love and Perfect Trust.

Initiate: Perfect Love and Perfect Trust.

Priest/ess: And do you promise to tell no mortal one of our secrert, no matter what??

Initiate: (response)

Priest/ess: Then I bid you to enter this our Circle.

Sword is removed. Initiate and Squire stand to east. Priest/ess move around to them; Priest carrying censer and Priestess the salted water.

Priest/ess: To enter our Sacred Circle, I here duly consecrate you, in the names of the God and the Goddess.

Priestess opens robe while Priest sprinkles and censes the Initiate, then robe is closed again. Priest and Priestess return to the altar, followed by Initiate and participants. Priest and Priestess stand in front of altar, while Squire and Maiden move round to far side, opposite, with Initiate between them. They face Priest and Priestess. Bell is rung twice.

Priest/ess: Do you wish to end the life you have known so far?

Initiate: (response)

Priest/ess: So be it.

Squire cuts (SMALL!!!!) lock of Initiate's hair and throws it on the censer. Squire and maiden lead Initiate around the circle to the east.

MAIDEN/SQUIRE: Hearken, all ye at the East Gate. Here is one who would join us. Welcome him/her and bring him/her joy.

They move to the south

MAIDEN/SQUIRE: Hearken, all ye at the South Gate. Here is one who would join us. Welcome him/her and bring him/her joy.

They move on to the west

MAIDEN/SQUIRE: Hearken, all ye at the West Gate. Here is one who would join us. Welcome him/her and bring him/her joy.

they move to the north

MAIDEN/SQUIRE: Hearken, all ye at the North Gate. Here is one who would join us. Welcome him/her and bring him/her joy.

Initiate is led back to stand before Priest and Priestess, who hold their blades in a salute. Bell is rung 3 times.

Maiden: You must now face those whom you seek.

Blindfold is removed

Maiden: In the two you see before you do you see the gods. And in that know we and they are the same.

Squire: As we need the gods, so do they need us.

Priest: I am he who speaks for the God. Yet you and I are equal.

Priestess: I am she who speaks for the Goddess. Yet you and I are equal.

Blades are presented to Initiate, who kisses them.

Initiate: I salute and pledge my love and support to those who represent the Lord and Lady, those who are my brothers and sisters of the Craft.

Priest/ess: Know you the Wiccan Rede?

Initiate: (response)

Priest/ess: And do you abide by that Rede?

Initiate:(response)

Priest/ess: Let your bonds be loosed that you may be reborn.

Cord is untied. Initiate is led around to stand between Priest and Priestess.

Priest/ess: That you might start your life afresh it is only right that you start with a name of your choosing. Have you such a name?

Initiate:(Craft Name)

Priest/ess: Then you shall henceforth be know by that name by your brothers and sisters of the Craft.

Priest retraces the cross, pentagram, and triangle saying:

Priest: With this Sacred Oil I anoint and cleanse thee, giving new life to one of the Children of the Gods. From this day forth shall you be known as ...(Craft Name)..., within this Circle and without it, to all your brothers and sisters of the Craft. So mote it be.

Priest of opposite sex kisses the Initiate ("kiss of life")

All: So mote it be!

Priest/ess: Now you are truly one of us. As such will you share all our knowledge of magick and the mystic arts. These shall you learn as you progress. Come now and meet your kindred.

Initiate salutes Priest and Priestess then moves around to salute and greet all the others in the Circle. Any coven members who left the Circle return to join in the festivities. The bell is rung 3 time and the celebration starts and continues until temple is closed.
