Nothing I like better on a hot summer's day than a cool, soothing thong enema. Why, that's something the whole family can get behind, so to speak.
I suppose if one is prone to receiving enemas and insists upon covering their dangly bits in the process, a thong is the way to go. Maybe while riding a llama. I'm not one to judge.
