Who are my brothers and sisters?

St. Francis would suggest that you regard all living things as your brothers and sisters. Your mother told you that you are an only child. She always was a deceptive slut. St. Francis is closer, but only because I am your father and I also had sex with very nearly every living being on earth, ignoring some of the extremophiles, most chupacaberas, and a platypus in a zoo in Guam. Not, of course, ignoring your lying, skanky mother, with whom I have had much congress. Ask her, son. When she lies to you and insists she never heard of me, you will know she is prevaricator and therefore the trollop I say she is, making everything else I told you correct by default.
